I had a great stay with spacious rooms that boasted elegant decor, making for a comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to assist during my visit. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, though it could benefit from improved noise insulation in the rooms.

I had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying the spacious room with two big double beds and the delicious breakfast with fresh pancakes and coconut cookies. Although the beach was a 20-minute walk, it didn't bother us. I'd definitely come back!

This was an ideal choice for a momentary visit in Pattaya with value for money. The breakfast options were very poor, but the staff was quick to respond to issues I raised. Keep in mind that noise from nearby clubs can be bothersome.

the grand palazzo hotel, sha extra plus amazed me with its prime location near the beach and central attractions. the deluxe double room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. i loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of international dishes. plus, having a fully equipped fitness center was a great bonus for our family.
